Store credit will be applied at the same value as was ordered.
Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?
If you need the same item in a different size or color, just send it back to us with a note explaining the item you’d like to be exchanged. If you request an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll contact you about finding a suitable replacement. If no replacement can be found, you’ll receive store credit instead.
How to Return Merchandise?
Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.
